I'm getting an error when I try to login to my Glitch account. What can I do?

Most of the time this happens when your browser is caching credentials that are different from what you use to login to your Glitch, Gmail or GitHub account.

  • Typically, clearing your browser cache will fix the error.

 

If that does not work, try logging in from a new incognito (or private) browser window.

  • If you are prompted to check your email inbox to confirm login, be sure that you do this in an incognito (or private) browser window as well.
  • If you are able to login via the incognito window, you should set up a password for your Glitch account.  Using a password will prevent you from having to use an incognito window to login again in the future.
