How long does it take Glitch Support to respond to messages?

Response Time

The Glitch Support Team responds to most support requests within 24 business hours as long as they are sent via:

Our business hours are:

Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. EST - 6 p.m. EST.

 

Holidays

Glitch is closed for the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year's Day 
  • Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday
  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4
  • Labor Day 
  • National Election Day
  • Thanksgiving and the following day 
  • Christmas Day

 

When a holiday falls on Saturday, Glitch will be closed the preceding Friday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, Glitch will be closed the following Monday.

 

During holidays, our team continues to monitor the site and will respond to urgent issues when needed.
