Boosted apps and static sites hosted on Glitch should be served instantly and not display a "waking up" or "loading" page when visiting the live site; except when any of the following is true:

• There is an error in the project code that is preventing the app from running.
• The project has exceeded the technical restrictions.
• A project member has the project open in the editor.

If you discover that your boosted app or static site is offline or showing a "waking up" or "loading" page and none of the above reasons apply, then please send us a support request so that we can investigate the issue.

When sending your support request, include the following information if possible:

1. The project name
2. The approximate dates/times that the app or site was offline or showed a waking up/loading page

After we receive a support request with this info, we will respond within 24 business hours to help you further.
