You can use the search bar to find:

  • App projects created on Glitch

  • Glitch users

  • App playlists

  • Team pages

Here’s how:

  1. At the top of glitch.com, click the magnifying glass icon to reveal the site search bar.

  2. In the search bar, enter the keyword(s) that you would like to use to search our database.  For example, you could enter “games” or “sqlite” or you can enter another community member’s username or team name.

Search will return all the relevant results organized by category. You can filter the search results by clicking on any of these categories which will be listed at the top of the page:

  • Top Results - These are the projects, people, playlists or teams that best match your keywords.

  • Projects - Includes all public apps created by the Glitch community that are available for you to use, remix or add to a playlist.

  • People - The results in this category will show you Glitch community members that best match your keywords.

  • Playlists - These are lists of apps curated by Glitch community members.

  • Teams - Will show you all the team pages that have been created on Glitch which match your keywords.

For example:

  • If you want to find apps that you can use with Twitter, type the word “twitter” into the search bar.

  • The results will include all Glitch projects, people, playlists and teams that mention “twitter”.

  • In the Top Results, you will see the team page that Twitter has created on Glitch.  Beneath this section, you will see the more search results.

  • If you only want to see app projects that are related to Twitter, click the Projects filter at the top of the results page. This will show you all of the public projects created on Glitch that include the word “twitter”.

  • You can save any project that appears in the search results by clicking the bookmark icon under the project name.  This will add a shortcut to the project in your My Stuff playlist.

  • To return to the full search results, click All at the top of the page.
